Off-plan takes the market: what it means for resale
Primary sales have held above 55% for the third quarter in a row. Buyers prefer stretched payment plans over mortgages. For resale this means competition for liquid stock: tenanted ready units sell faster and discounts to median are shrinking. Our view: in areas with heavy 2027–2028 handovers, lock in gains on ready units before the supply wave.
